Return Policy

We are aware that sometimes, for different reasons, you would like to return some items.

You have the right to return all products you have bought for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving them.

All items have to be unused. The merchandise must be in new sale-able condition with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed order.

You must contact us before returning or exchanging an item. Use the contact form to notify us of your return shipment. Include your name, address, email address, and reason for returning or exchanging the product. This information will greatly help us expedite the process of issuing a refund or shipping out replacement goods.

You are responsible for correctly shipping items to us; you are responsible for making sure the package gets to us.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
