Once your order has been successfully completed you will receive an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your order.

If you notice any mistakes that might occur after a purchase has been made, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem.

All online orders for North Macedonia are delivered within 5 business days, excluding holidays. Orders that have been placed Fridays after 12 PM will be shipped on Monday.

Free shipping purchases are aimed only for North Macedonia.
